Terms of Service — Bangkok Films Coin

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the Bangkok Films Coin website, dApp, and related interfaces (the “Platform”). Bangkok Films Coin (“BFC”) is a BEP-20 digital token on BNB Smart Chain. By using the Platform, holding BFC, or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms.

BFC is a utility token used inside this ecosystem. It is not equity, a share, a loan, a deposit, or a guarantee of profit. Token prices are volatile and can go to zero.

2. No financial advice

Nothing on the Platform is investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Always do your own research. You are solely responsible for any decision to buy, sell, stake, hold, or transfer BFC or other crypto assets.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use crypto assets in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Platform if you are subject to sanctions or if applicable law prohibits token purchases, staking, or wallet use. We may refuse, suspend, or limit access at any time.

4. Wallet and keys

The Platform does not custody your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password. You bind a public BSC address to your account. You are responsible for:

Securing your wallet, device, and recovery phrase
Confirming the network is BNB Smart Chain before sending funds
Sending only BEP-20 USDT to the treasury address shown on an open buy order
Using the exact USDT amount displayed for that order

Lost keys, wrong network transfers, or incorrect amounts may result in permanent loss of assets. We cannot reverse blockchain transactions.

5. Platform services

Depending on availability, the dApp may let you create an account, bind a wallet, place a BFC buy order, stake completed purchases, view rewards, and request withdrawals to your bound wallet. Features can change, pause, or end without notice.

Staking in this application is an in-app, custodial position against completed purchases. It is not an on-chain lock unless a separate smart-contract product is expressly described.

6. Orders, deposits, and tokens

Buy orders are matched when the deposit watcher detects the exact BEP-20 USDT amount on BNB Smart Chain. After confirmations, BFC is sent to your bound public address. Unmatched, late, or incorrect deposits may be delayed or may require support review. Blockchain congestion, RPC failures, or third-party explorers can affect timing.

7. Risks

Smart-contract, wallet, and bridge risk
Liquidity, listing, and market-price risk
Regulatory change in your country
Phishing sites, fake contracts, and impersonation
Loss of access if you lose keys or 2FA

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the Platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, attacks on our systems, scraping that harms the service, or any unlawful activity. You may not impersonate Bangkok Films Coin or publish fake token contracts.

9. Fees and taxes

Network gas fees are paid by you to the blockchain. Platform fees, if any, will be shown in the dApp. You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on token activity in your jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual property

Bangkok Films Coin names, logos, and site content belong to the project operators or licensors. You may not copy the brand or imply an official listing, partnership, or endorsement without written permission.

11. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM AND BFC TOKEN ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, error-free software, or any particular token price, listing, or reward rate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bangkok Films Coin and its operators are not liable for lost tokens, lost profits, failed transactions, unauthorized wallet access, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or the BFC token.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The updated date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
